Pino Pascali: First retrospective at Fondazione Prada
10/04/2024Pino Pascali, one of the greatest and least known exponents of Arte Povera, will be on show at the Fondazione Prada with a major retrospective celebrating his work.
The project provides a comprehensive exploration of the work of the artist who influenced subsequent generations in the field of art.
Each part of the project examines the different ways in which the master of Arte Povera dealt with art.
These range from an analysis of the style of his exhibitions to the group shows of the artists who shared space with him in the 1960s, to the brilliant photographs by Claudio Abate, Andrea Taverna, and Ugo Mulas that explore his relationship with sculpture.
Finally, the last section of the project explores his connection with materials, both natural and industrial.
